Summer months: Due to Corona you can cancel 7 days before arrival.
A fee of 90 % of the total amount will apply after this.
Deposits must be paid 7 days before arrival.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:
Cancellations 60 days before arrival are free of charge.
59 to 30 days before arrival you pay 40% of the total price.
29 to 8 days before arrival you pay 70% of the total price.
In the last 7 days before arrival, you pay 90% of the total price.
on the day of arrival we charge 100%
OUR PRICES
All our prices in the apartment house Enzian are per person per day unless otherwise stated, inlcuding parking space (underground parking up to a height of 2.10 meters in summer; in winter for a surcharge) and use of our wellness and bathing area.
SÖLDEN VISITOR'S TAX
Local tax is not included in the booking price. Until 01.11.2025: € 4,00 and from 01.11.2025: € 5,00 per person/night. Children up to 15 years are exempt.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash, debit cards and bank cards as well as credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) for payment.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Additional person above 4 persons – € 15.00 per day
Infant 0 until 3 years – € 10.00 per day
Deposit
We kindly ask you to pay us a deposit in the amount of 40 % of the total price by bank transfer (free of charge for the recipient) so that we can confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
The accommodation agreement can be cancelled up to 45 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest without cancellation fees being incurred by unilateral declaration of the contracting party. Cancellation by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible outside of this fixed period subject to the following cancellation fees:
- We do not charge any cancellation fees up to 45 days before arrival.
- We charge a fee of 40 % of the total amount up to 30 days before arrival.
- We charge a fee of 70 % of the total amount up to 7 days before arrival.
- A fee of 90 % of the total amount will apply after this.
The full accommodation price will be charged in case of early departure. Kindly understand that we charge for cancellations or early departures in accordance with the cancellation conditions of the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of Business for Austrian Hotels).
